Video: “Love Prelude” Track 8, Tomorrow’s Cantabile OST

Dramas draw me in when the relationships grab me. Tomorrow’s Cantabile had a wonderful romance that started one-sided and evolved into a supportive equal relationship.

This video captures that evolution. You can see that our leading lady starts out liking our leading man with a devotion that he finds overwhelming. But he is drawn to her passion for music. She helps him release his passion for music. They begin to rely on each other. At first, she supports him while he goes through his trials of becoming a conductor and the battles between the two orchestras. Then he supports her while she battles performance anxiety. This couple did not play games with each other. She likes him. He likes her. They only like each other.

As actors you could see they enjoyed each other’s company. Joo Won (our leading man Yoo Jin) recommended Shim Eun Kyung (our leading lady Nae Il) when they were casting for the leading lady (see article).

The image for this video is from a darling moment between our couple in episode 10 when she helps Yoo Jin put a pet name and heart emoji in his phone contacts for her.  He refuses to add the heart. The pet name was enough of a struggle for the poor guy. She grabs his phone and adds the hearts herself. She tells him “that is how you build affection”. ❤️ LOL!

The video showcases their relationship, through the lovely instrumental “Love Prelude”, Track 8, Tomorrow’s Cantabile OST.
